Rosten Law Office is conveniently located in mid-town Fargo at 1323 - 23rd Street South, Suite K. This office building is located directly south of Blockbuster Video, near the major intersections of 13th Avenue and 25th Street South. Ample parking is available immediately outside of the buildings entrances, and the office is handicapped accessible.
Rosten Law Office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to noon and 1 pm to 4 pm. Evening and weekend appointments are also available.
Brenda Rosten Brenda R. Rosten opened Rosten Law office on April 4, 2005. She is admitted to practice in North Dakota and Minnesota. Prior to opening her own firm, Brenda was an associate attorney at a West Fargo firm and served as the City Prosecutor for six and one-half years. Before she entered private practice, Brenda served as a law clerk to the Honorable Herbert Meschke of the North Dakota Supreme Court.
Brenda was born July 13, 1965, in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She attended schools in Grand Forks and graduated from Bemidji High School in 1983. She attended the University of North Dakota, graduating summa cum laude in 1983 with a B.A. in the Honors Program and Concentrated Languages (Latin and Ancient Greek). While attending the University of North Dakota, Brenda was named to the Presidents Honor Roll and the Deans List, and was the recipient of numerous academic scholarships, including the Presidents Foreign Study Scholarship, which she used to attend McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, during her junior year.
After spending several years managing restaurants in the Minneapolis area, Brenda returned to Grand Forks in 1994 and enrolled in the University of North Dakota School of Law. She graduated with distinction in 1997 and was named to the Order of the Barristers. While in law school, Brenda wrote a case comment which was first published in North Dakota Law Review, and later reprinted in Specialty Law Digest: Health Care Law (August 1997). She also participated in Moot Court and served as Symposium Editor of the North Dakota Law Review. During her time in law school, Brenda was active in the Grand Forks Head Start Program and was named Head Starts North Dakota and Region VIII Parent of the Year for 1997.
Brenda lives in Fargo with her husband, Brad Rosten and children, Emily Foyt and Christopher Foyt. She is a member of Hope Lutheran Church and is active in the Junior League of Fargo-Moorhead. Brenda is currently serving as an adjunct faculty member of Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, teaching Introduction to Business Law.
